Exim

Shipping containers at a cargo port

Export-import is how a material crosses a border with a trader responsible for the order. We coordinate the commercial side — sourcing, documents, and shipping — from the first email to delivery.

Export

If you are selling or relocating material out of a market, we help arrange the buyer side, the documents, and the outbound shipment. You tell us the goods and the destination; we coordinate the trade.

Import

If you need material brought in, we source it and coordinate the inbound movement. The goal is a single desk between your specification and the goods at delivery.

Sourcing

Exim starts with the right material. We look across our supplier and general-trade range — specialty chemicals and natural resources — and tell you honestly if we can cover the requirement.

Documents and customs support

Cross-border orders need a clean paper trail: commercial invoice, packing details, and the documents the route requires. We prepare and collect what sits with us as the trader, and we coordinate with whoever is clearing the goods.

Logistics and shipping

We coordinate carriers and handovers so the shipment has an owner from booking to arrival. Mode and timing follow the goods and the deadline you set — we do not lock you into a single route.

How an enquiry works

  1. 1. Send the requirement

Email the product, form (solid, gel, or liquid), quantity, origin or destination, and the timing you have in mind.

  2. 2. We confirm options

We check our sourcing network and reply with what we can supply, and on what basis.

  3. 3. Documents and shipping

We align the commercial documents you need and coordinate logistics. Customs clearance is handled with the parties responsible for it — we coordinate, we do not claim to replace them.

  4. 4. Delivery and follow-through

Once the shipment is moving, we stay available until it arrives and for the questions that follow.
